I don't enjoy booking a car by entering my information and credit card online, then getting a text message to filll out more info, take photos of my license, sign, so I can expedite pickup. Then I still have to go to a counter and do all that again. 3 times. Book online, walk to a car and get in. So easy. But no. And I was a given a much smaller car then I anticipated. You have too many classifications of cars that are not clearly delineated when booking. I'll be going with Hertz next time even if they cost more.Reviewed Apr 10 2024

They didn’t have the car we requested and needed for all my families luggage and ski equipment so we left. I made the reservation 2 months prior. I’ll never use them again.Reviewed Dec 30 2023

First off I ordered an intermediate suv from you purposely not picking an electric one for which you had options. However you switched me to price line and price line downgraded my car to impact electric suv. I spent 2 hours on the phone. With them no resolve. After waiting 1 hour I. The rental line The rental company convinced me to pay them to “upgrade” back to the intermediate suv. The upgrade was more than the original rental but I had no choice since an electric wasn’t going to work and price line was solving nothing despite the fact I have the original order screen shot showing I purchased an intermediate suv. So we get ti the pickup area they only have electric sitting there and are pushing people to take them. They have gas cars but are keeping them offsite. Waiting their anouthet hour before we were given a vehicle in the end after paying for an intermediate suv 2 times over we were given a Chevy Malibu. A car not even an suv. I Will never do business with Dollar, price line or kayak again. The only real lose is Kayak I have been a customer for 15 years but after this I now longer can trust I’ll be getting what I paid for. My suggestion to you is don’t do business with others you can’t trust because it makes all the search variables you have useless and loses your customers trust.Reviewed Sep 24 2023

Nobody was at the desk during advertised business hours. There was a sign directing customers to another agency desk, which was also closed. There was a line of 100 people and only 1 staff member in the entire car rental center.Reviewed Sep 16 2023

The class of vehicle reserved and paid for in advance was not delivered. After a two hour wait to receive the vehicle I was offered a lower class vehicle for no discount and when I said so the attendant asked if I wanted to be put back to the end of the 90 minute line. He also took a bribe in front of other customers and moved a customer to the front. Raymond at Boston airport is a liability. They are understaffed and mismanaged. Never again.Reviewed Jun 24 2021

Pros:Car was clean, and manager at drop-off was kind enough to compensate us for the issues we ran into with the car.Cons:Agent at the counter tried to deceptively add a hefty insurance charge to the trip. Car clearly had not been serviced in a while because it developed major engine issues just a few days into our trip (including the engine shutting off while traveling through the mountains, we needed to engage the parking brake to stop the car), and exchanging it was a very difficult and laborious process.Reviewed Jun 1 2021

Cons:The agent at the counter printed out the contract that was three times more expensive than what I expected to pay. I had to explain to him multiple times that I didn’t want the more expensive insurance. Eventually he corrected the contract and charged me what I was supposed to pay. The overall experience of renting a car is absolutely terrible. You always end up paying for more than what you quoted.Reviewed Jun 1 2021
