Pros:NothingCons:They literally didn't have any cars available. Multiple people there had reservations but we were all told that they didn't have any cars and maybe someone would bring back a car, in which case we could get one. Had to cancel the reservation and get one from Enterprise instead, almost missed a wedding.Reviewed Feb 19 2020

Pros:NothingCons:They didn’t have a car available. Only solution offered was wait between 2-4 hours for them to drive in cars. I was 5th on the waiting list for cars that were previously paid for and reserved.Reviewed Dec 31 2019

Cons:Pick up and drop off very inconvenient, plus paid rental in advance, when I turned in car there was an extra 100. charge. Make sure you fully read the small print. I'm a hertz gold member and wa as really suprised hertz did this. Never seen it before. I will def look into other companies in future.Reviewed Dec 27 2019
