Cost was high, did not have the vehicle we requested in the reservation. Gave us a Hyndai instead of a Camry. Told us we needed to be gold members to avoid the line, even though they were just standing around waiting for customers.Reviewed Apr 24 2026

The site indicated that a car was available, but when I called to confirm, I was informed that there were no cars available. Then I had to call back because the site was going to charge me for a car that was unavailable to me.Reviewed Jul 3 2025

Reserved a car well in advance of my trip, called Hertz to confirm the day before trip, arrived 30 min before the location opened… not only did they not have a car for me, and not have a car for the 2 other customers who we there with me, they had ZERO CARS at this location. This was my first and last time trying Hertz.Reviewed Oct 25 2024
