Car was dirty with bugs crawling around in it and we found a previous occupants dirty underwear under front seat - when looking for a hotel key. Also low air pressure on Left rear as well as low on windshield washer fluid. Manger at HHI airport was courteous, but more interested in charging g me and my insurance for a low tire vs trying to make the situation better for this customer. The lady at the desk at CLT airport treated me badly. She went from bubbles and buddies with the two previous clients. I think it was their ethnicity versus mine. I was promised and paid for an SUV and was put in a compact. She said none were available then back peddled and said I would have to wait if I wanted a larger car. When I got to the deck there were several SUV’s parked around me. I am a 300 lb Chinese American. I attempted to be pleasant and engage in a friendly manner and she never smiled. I did NOT get what I paid for and her service was awful. She treated the two black people before me totally different than I was treated. If you trace cameras back you can confirm this by her mannerisms and body language.Reviewed May 4 2025

I wasted 90 dollars and 3 hours with round trip cab rides from the airport due to them not having a vehicle for me, despite having a reservation weeks in advance. I’ve never had an issue with budget in the past. Absolutely unacceptable to waste of a customers time and money.Reviewed Feb 6 2025
