Not great, we were quoted for a ford transit or similar with a price of $615. When I got to the airport, they didn’t have any transits and could only give us an armada. I ended up having to pay $3,300 for a van which was ridiculous.Reviewed Oct 10 2024

Pick up in CLT was easy. Drop off at AVL consisted of an employee saying "park it in E17 and drop your keys in the drop box. Budget will send you a receipt." I have not received a receipt of any info from Budget since I left Charlotte. I am concerned.Reviewed Oct 7 2024

We never picked up a car because they were "out" in Charlotte despite booking a car online. Staff were nice and helpful at the time, despite the chaos, but it would've been helpful if the system told me there were no cars before we wasted so much time going there and waiting in line, etc.Reviewed Jul 29 2024

The staff member who helped me obtain my vehicle was terrific. The only complaint I have is that I specifically reserved a mini van for a noon pick up. When I got there, none were available. Then why bother? So I agreed to a large SUV. When I went to the deck to get in the vehicle, another customer was about to drive off in it. He too had been assigned the same vehicle. I went all the way back to the counter and by the time I got there, a minivan had been cleaned and was available. If it weren't for the exceptional customer service I received from the desk staff, I would have had a much worse attitude.Reviewed Mar 29 2024

The first vehicle they gave us, when we went to get it, the key was missing, so we had go through the whole process again. The second vehicle we got from the time of pickup reminded us constantly that it was in need of an oil change.
