Fox charged me an extra $ 150.00 with the promise that it would be returned when I returned the car. The car was returned in a better condition than when I picked it up and with a full tank of gas. The still haven't returned the $ 150.00. The car had many scratches on the paint and windows were not clean. The person who was at the rental counter was extremely difficult to understand. I have rented many, many cars over the years and I have never had worse service.Reviewed Mar 4 2025

Ridiculous! Be aware that this office at the Burbank Airport closes at 9 pm - and offers no option for an after hours pickup. They only allow a 12 hour window for late/delayed arrivals, and are unwilling to transfer reservations to the Fox office at LAX in this situation, which is open until 12:30 am. Very poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere.Reviewed Aug 25 2024
