Couldnt get a car , because i didnt want to do a credit check . Once i flew from washington and landed and got to the actual flight place was when they told me they were going to do a credit check . The car tags were out of date They expired in April 2023 I did not want to drive the car I had to make alternate arrangements and returned the car after the police told me it was illegal to drive with tags that were out of dateReviewed Oct 16 2023

Pros:Pick up was easyCons:The car was dirty. ( insides were covered in dust and had a horrible musty smell) I needed to extend the length of the rental, but the automated phone line kept hanging up or disconnecting. I called the local office and they tried to charge me a completely different amount. I went to the office to show my receipt and he looked it up and said it was a computer malfunction. I then had to wait nearly 40 minutes to get my car. I will consider looking for other rental companies next time.Reviewed Jun 26 2020
