Pros:I did appreciate the ease of this rental. To be be honest I didn’t get a chance to really evaluate this .Cons:There was confusion , possibly my lack of understanding on how these work. My confirmation said date of pickup and 12 pm. Then it said fate of drop off 12pm I incorrectly assumed this was a predesignated time to pick up. I was wrong in that this time was time of closure. Very frustrating. Did say this anywhere time of closure. Maybe this needs to be clearer for those of us who don’t use these sites on a regular basis.Reviewed May 26 2021
