Got dropped off there to pick up reserved car, and all we had was a debit card, and they refused to take it. Then we were stuck there. Finally got ahold of friends to come pick us up and went to another lot that did take our debit card ! Oh and let’s not forget on our way to another lot, we picked up phone to call around and see who would take our card and reserved one, but when we got there to pick up that one, found out it was a scam ! Pros:The car was decentCons:I was price gouged by the counter staff because my reservation had “expired” and they charged me the walk-in rate which included full insurance. Kayak didn’t give me an option to put in a time to pick up the car so it defaulted to noon, and their policy is that reservations “expire” after 3 hours. Their customer service was atrocious and if given the choice I will never rent a cat from them again.Reviewed Feb 8 2021

Pros:staff was very friendly and yes no issues with drop off. the problem was with the pick up.Cons:i landed to Ontario airport around 8.40 pm. to go to Fox rental on Holt i had to take the shuttle to the main car rental building located near the airport and then wait for the fox car rental to take me to Fox on holt ave. the shuttle never showed up. i waited till 11 pm and no fox shuttle. no one answer the pone nothing but automated system, i end up renting a car from hurts rental $168 for one day only just so i can go to the hotel since i was super tired. i thought about calling uber to take me to fox but they dont enter the airport. that was really disappointing experience. i went to Fox next day to pick up my car and they stated they cant discount me anything and i already prepaid for the car.Reviewed Jan 4 2021

Pros:Absolutely nothing. I was discriminated and prohibited from renting and after being denied I did not receive a full refund. There was zero reason. My credit card was fine and I had prepaid for the rental. They came up with a bs excuse about not accepting MasterCard which was not true according to their policy statement.Cons:Everything. They were rude, discriminatory, and left me stranded on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend that you DO NOT USE FOX CAR RENTAL. You could be next.Reviewed Dec 28 2020
