Pros:Pick up took very long as they were quite unorganized. Drop off was a nightmare- they were supposed to be open by 9:30am and I waited until 12 noon (which was my drop off time) and they did not open their business. There was no one there yet they had a line of customers waiting out in the cold.Cons:Organization, communication with customers, and promptness- no one took responsibility for today.Reviewed Feb 22 2019

no carCons:I was schedule to pick up the car on 11-22-18 at 8 am, they said they didn't open until 10am, I was there at 10:30am and waited an hour and no one ever showed up to give me the car. I never got to use the rental car.Reviewed Nov 26 2018
