Pros:Price was good.Cons:I had rented a minivan 2 weeks before my vacation. When I arrived to pick up my rental vehicle they did not have the minivan I rented. Instead they tried to give me a small suv that did not have enough room for my family. They did compromise and rented me a 16 passenger van. For the same price. The thing was a beast. It was very uncomfortable but I didn’t want to deal with getting another vehicle and just sucked it up. Also the office seemed very unorganized and not costumer friendly. Pros:The vehicle that we rented was exactly what we needed for our task at hand. Clean, roomy and a lot of cargo area for baggage!Cons:Hmmm...nothing really. Every aspect of the rental went well, just make sure to read the contract thoroughly before signing!Reviewed Oct 7 2019

Pros:Staff had excellent behavior and attitudeCons:Blinker was broken from day 1. Got pulled over from HPD twice out of the 10 days I had the van. There was also a lot of cockroaches crawling over the floors and chairs. We bought food from a Okazuya spending $150 for 8 people. Cons:Shuttle hours to terminal weren’t convenient. Got accused of parking the car into a curb when I dropped the car off when they sent me the invoice. Prices are cheap but you pay for what you get.Reviewed Aug 18 2019

Pros:Staff was friendly.Cons:Given a van that had the check engine light on and no AC in rear portion of van, no other vans available. Had to come back on next day to get second van. After shopping and opening up rear door it would not close and appeared to be about ready to fall off. Had to take back for van #3. Bad all aroundReviewed May 13 2019

There is a reason why it's cheaper than othersPros:NoneCons:There was not much information on the reservation from the number to call for shuttle pick up from its address. I needed to contact its central location to find out the right number for the shuttle pick up. The whole thing was done unprofessionally and very hard to do deal with. Everything took much time...shuttles, check-in, car inspection, etc. They gave me a wrong car extremely filthy, interior not working, door handle came off, and its tire was about to burst. All of their cars were full of damages. I mentioned my concern on the tire, but she said they were aware of it and it would be fine. A few minutes after I drove off, she called me to change the car. I was happy about it, but people at the airport needed to wait for me for an hour. I would have picked another rental agency even if it's more money if I knew I would waste my time and potential accident from a malfunctioning rental car.Reviewed Dec 11 2018
