The customer service was great. I think the young lady that helped me name was Evelyn. She was very nice and professional. She answered my questions. The rental process was easy. The only improvement would be to improve maintenance on the vehicles. The wiper blades were worn out. This can be dangerous when it rains and driving in St. Thomas.Reviewed Apr 26 2024

I had a reservation with this bad reputation company, when I got to the counter the agent said he doesn’t have the car I requested, I should either pay extra money to get upgraded car or wait until they got a car, I asked how long I should wait he answered me “might takes hour” trying to enforce me pay them more.Reviewed Apr 23 2024

Return to Antwerp train station location was incredibly frustrating. The location was closed and there was very little information given as to the drop off location and the key deposit. The man who picked up the car when I was dropping off, yelled at me because I was trying to park the vehicle in the row 20 (where I picked it up). I didn’t find a place to leave it next to Thrifty and I thought I could park it at the parking lot in a Thrifty spot, but this man came to me whistling and being aggressive with his facial expressions and yelled at me telling me that I was supposed to leave it on the other side.
