People were nice. First car had broken mirror so had to register for second car. That had a broken headrest (and, we later discovered, no windshield washer fluid). Cons:The rental agency entered the wrong time for return, am vs pm... Also did not have available the car class booked, a Toyota Corolla vs the requested VW Jetta, a standard rental vs a compact rental, still charged as a standard rental did not even mention they didn't have the proper car. Just a disappointing rental in general, even if the car was nice, it was not what was booked.Reviewed Jun 1 2021
