Cons:Pickup took 45 minutes to get a car. I realize we are under a pandemic though. There was really only one guy checking people in and checking the cars in, so he was doing the best he could. Pros:All of the staff that I interacted with were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating.Cons:Drop off was a little bit confusing because there didn’t seem to be a dedicated spot for returns. Pros:The team was kind and quickly went through rental procedure.Cons:It is very hard to find those who are in parking lot for returning vehicle, or any dents or scratches prior to leaving.
