Pros:There was no one there at drop-off. We had to write down our mileage and go inside for to the rental office. We wanted a final statement but he said he would email it. 27 hours later, we still don't have it.Cons:Do NOT give other locations if a person requests the airport rental. We rented from a down town agency without our knowledge. Didnt find out until our flight was delayed and we called to notify them and found out they closed at 5:00pm. Pros:The car was good for my needsCons:I requested an airport rental when I searched and when I went to the Enterprise desk at the airport I was told that it was off site. When I asked if they could come close to the rate it would have doubled. I had to take a $22 Uber to get the off site location. Of course I had missed that this was off site rental, but I would think Kayak could have highlighted that fact when reserving since my search was for an airport rental. Pros:They initially called me 5 minutes before picking up my rental arranged online and told me there were no cars and to go go a different location (where the rates would be different, longer commute in rush hour).
