Not great. Spent forever on a pickup at the airport. then spent forever getting a car at the site. landed at 9, drove away in a car at noon. got there and most customers were angry about something. no one was being helped. my guess is poor organization and management. i overheard an employee call over the radio saying it was getting crowded at the counter. the response on the radio was to stop picking people up at the airport. i couldnt believe i heard that, and it explains why the shuttle driver kept waiving as he passed me by without picking me up. to me, the right answer is to fix what was happening at the site/desk instead. they did give me an upgrade which is why i gave 2 stars instead of 1. also, i highly recommend videoing your car in detail at pickup. they tried to charge me for something that was already there.Reviewed Jul 31 2024

Pros:Friendly but she added a liability insurance supplement when we specifically told her we declined the extra coverage because we were paying with Amex Card that provided full first dollar liability coverage. Pros:The drop off was relatively easy but the location was very difficult to findCons:If I could have picked up the car a day earlier. Because Priceline/Dollar would not let me add a day to the existing reservation I had to do two separate reservations and drop offs / pick ups. Ridiculous!!Reviewed May 7 2021

Pros:The car was fine.Cons:The lady working the desk was rude , impatient and very unpleasant. There no paper work we received telling us where to return the car and googling the location was confusing due to different addresses coming up. There was a loud argument out front between the gatekeeper and another person. The renting experience there was pitiful.Reviewed Apr 24 2021

Pros:Not much! The car was clean and in good condition.Cons:We waited in line for 57 minutes! Only one clerk, who took 5-7 minutes per customer to check people in. The company obviously does not value or respect its customer's time. This was not customer service but customer abuse. The company knew - or should have known - how many customers were coming in, and should have staffed appropriately, but they obviously valued saving some staff salaries by understaffing, over delivering acceptable standards of service. Also, their IT was inefficient. There's no excuse for having a mediocre system that takes so long to check in customers with reservations - pre-paid in my case. All in all, an infuriating experience, not to be repeated!Reviewed Apr 22 2021
