I strongly suggest you rent at a more reputable company. If you do rent here, which is understandable because they are so cheap, please be very careful. Make sure you have the time to get to their far off airport location, to deal with their lack of staff or service. Make sure you are ok renting a beat up car that is likely 10 years old. And finally make sure you cover yourself with copious notes and photos because their business model seems to be to get damaged cars and then blame people for damage that was clearly already there. I guess that's how they make their extra money?

The car was lovely but that staff at Sixt was rude on both pick up and drop off. They acted as if they were doing me a favor by renting me a car. And, adding insult to injury, they over charged wildly ($600) for a tiny scrape on the HUBCAP (where it touched a curb during parallel parking)!!! I’ll never use this company again.

I usually rented a car at a rental agency at the airport Pam Beach International. This time, I decided to rent from an Enterprise agency located 2 miles from the airport given that it offered a price lower than the one at the airport. I was happy with the two staff at checkout (I would have given a poor rating if it were not for these 2 staff). I drove the car home 10 miles away at 12:30 p,m. and drove back to the airport at 5 p.m. to pick up my family. As soon as I got off the highway I-95 to get to the airport, I heard the thumping of a flat tire . Fortunately, I was next to a gas station and was able to park at the station. I then found out that the tire just split and found myself all shook up and distressed. A limousine driver who parked his car near by came over and mentioned that he had never seen such a case of a split tire and told me that it would have killed me if it happened while I was driving at 55 mph on I-95. I took pictures of the tire and called Enterprise Road Assistance who gave me instructions to lock the car and keep the key since I was not able to wait for the tow truck in the mental condition I was in. Next day, I called the Enterprise agency where I rented the car from. One of the managers I talked to did not seem to comprehend the seriousness of the situation where I could have been injured or worse. He told me that he would cancel my contract and gave me one day credit for future rental. One week later, I returned the key to the same manager who told me that I should have left the key in the car even though Enterprise Road Assistance told me to keep the key. The instructions are contradictory. I also found out that my contract was not yet canceled until one week later when I returned the key. The attitude of the manager is un-friendly and not welcoming. I would not go back to this Enterprise location.

I've got a family of five and we were traveling for our spring break trip to Florida. Our flight was delayed getting in. When we arrived (12:30 am) all rental car busses were still running, except Enterprise/National. Another bus driver (AVIS) pointed us to a sign with an after hours telephone number to call for Enterprise/National. The number wasn't valid. Then the AVIS driver, after making another lap, saw us still standing and he offered to take us to the Enterprise lot, which he did. I tipped him $40. When we arrived the security guard was the only one there. He told me everyone working the store had been gone for a while. Luckily the AVIS bus hadn't pulled away and I was able to get him to take us back to the airport, now after 1 am. Only one cab driver came by. I flagged him down and paid him another $40 cash to take us to our hotel. We arrived so late my original room was no longer available. I spent the night on a couch too small to sleep on. Early the next morning I paid another $20 for an UBER to take me back to the Enterprise lot. A pleasant associate greeted me and introduced me to the manager. That woman was pleasant, but another manager there was aloof and rude, and very defensive about them not waiting on me the night before even though the other rental car brands did stay open and service their customers.

Cons:

1. The after hours telephone number should work. It's not even a valid number. 2. The store should have stayed open and a shuttle should have been running. 3. They could have refunded me the $100 cash I spent because they didn't stay open.

Bait and switch never had a convertible I reserved and didn’t even have a car ready or available . Do yourself a favor and rent a car at airport or elsewhere ! This place was awful and a lie . Had small kids with us tired after a flight and. This was ridiculous! The cars they did have coming in were banged up and smelly and gross !

Having to go off site and finding my own way to the car rental from the airport was a bit of a surprise. I have been renting cars for years but this was the first time through Hertz at PBI. Its was scratcher and an inconvenience. I will likely never go back to Hertz because of this, no matter the savings. When we got the vehicle, we hopped in to get to our destination but began to notice the car had significant scuff marks on the back seats, as if kids had been back there, on the seats and on the back of the front seats, both sides. We even had friends we picked up later remark how the inside of the car looked with the amount of scoff marks. Another major problem, a day into the trip, both tires on the passenger side were low and signals on the dash board indicated we needed air. A stop off at the local gas station and $1.50 fixed that.... temporarily. On our trip back the light was back on telling us again the same tires had low air pressure. We reported it at Drop Off. On other issue was the insurance. Our car insurance covers rental vehicle and I specifically did not accept it when I ordered the car. When I picked up the car, the agent tagged it in for $26 a day without my knowledge and it wasn't until I got to my hotel an hour later I discovered this was to cost me an additional $188 for the trip. I guess the agent got his commission. Because of this poor experience, I likely will never return to Hertz again.

Friendly but she added a liability insurance supplement when we specifically told her we declined the extra coverage because we were paying with Amex Card that provided full first dollar liability coverage. Did not notice the charge until we got home and looked at email receipt.

Service in West Palm was friendly, but slow. Not enough staff to handle customers. Car was not clean, had paint chips and scratches and during trip passenger side mirror stopped working. Dropped off car in different location. Agent disinterested and overcharged for gasoline. On line help associate was very helpful.

Budget didn't have the car we reserved and forced us to take a minivan. Upon return, there was no one to process our drop off so we left the car. When someone finally checked it in, it was 13 minutes late and they charged us an extra day! Now I can't find anyone to try to get this sorted out! VERY disappointing.

BEWARE!!! Super used car, 64K miles, smelly, slight sound from the engine and they are trying to charge me for a tiny bit of sand on a floor mat as being a stain.

Worst experience ever, no one available to help or give a receipt at turn in. hundreds of cars all over the parking lot. total chaos. the local office does not answer their phone. the 800 phone is manned by total untrained individuals. Stay far away from Avis, Budget, Payless. Systems are in total disarray. Still trying to get answers.

The first person I dealt with was not very professional. He was going to charge me because I was an hour and a half early. Not easy to work with at all. You are the only car rental place that asks for a insurance policy , who carries that with them. 🙃. The woman I ended up dealing with was wonderful. Also the man I was asking questions about gas fill up prices had no idea. Easierent by far was one of the hardest rental places to deal with. It was in the past too in Fort Lauderdale. I thought I’d give you a second chance. This will be the last time I use easierent. I wpuld pay the extra money for professionalism next time.

Sadly, your W.P.B staff are under considerable pressure and understaffed. Your manager needs support to improve the customer experience. I will choose to order next rental on site for more a "a good feel" experience. Excessive time waiting for the shuttle bus was the start of our negative trip experience.

The staff was absolutely amazing!! They woman at the front seriously helped me and walked me through everything I needed to know, and informed me of each added on expense so there were no suprises. She had empathy like no other and really made sure i was taken care of. The young man whom I returned the car to was very nice and made sure I a ride home before returning the vehicle. Honestly the best staff you'll ever meet!

Cons:

Ace may have a lot of loop holes when it come to added om expenses, which is probably expected from renting, I had placed too much faith in a reliable range of reasonable additives, but it was a little crazy in that regard. The price you pay on kayak should be the only expense.

Loved the car. Rav 4 was comfortable, easy to operate, clean, spacious and it ended up being an upgrade for me. Check out was lengthy. It was around 8 pm at PBI. There was a considerable wait as there were several people waiting in line to get cars. It was confusing because the paperwork was processed in the Enterprise office and there was no signage to indicate this. The National office was right there but was closed. Check in was very easy and quick.

Pick up was tedious. transfer van took 3/4 hr to pick us up. Check in person was work to rule: stopped in the middle to do his own personal thing. Told us that's what you get for paying a low price (which wasn't so low)

I really want the address of the CEO of this company. I arrived at the airport with my prepaid confirmation number for my reservation at West Palm Internet at Palm Beach international Airport. I went outside search for the shuttle. The shuttle driver stopped. I was about to get into the shuttle it was after 9 o’clock at night, and the shuttle driver said we don’t have your car. We ran out of cars!! I was forced to go to an alternate car rental company which charge me close to double the amount! I believe Fox should refund me my money and match the difference that I had to pay to the new car rental company. How did a company do this? I am totally dissatisfied, angry, and looking for compensation for all of this discomfort, I faced at the Palm Beach airport. I want to write a formal letter to the CEO, letting him know what occurred, and how unhappy I am. I travel frequently, and as of now I will never use Fox again, nor will I recommend it to any of my travel companions. This experience was terrible, inconsiderate, dishonest, upsetting, and really has no excuse.

When we arrived at airport to take shuttle to get car van came and told us there were no more cars!!!! We were on time but car that was reserved was not available, no cars were!! We had no choice but to find another rental late at night and pay much more than had been planned. Terrible experience.

Had to wait for over an hour to get vehicle due to them running out of cars. It didn’t matter what vehicle I had reserved, I had to take the next available one or wait even longer. There were only 2 people checking you in, so the line just got longer and longer. Once I got my vehicle, everything else was perfect. Car was fairly new and worked great. Drop off was a breeze and personnel were polite and friendly.
