First, the location was terrible. We were using gps and our Uber driver was doing his best but it is hidden out of sight. The address sends you to the drop off rather than the pick up. Second, when we arrived at 9 am the waiting area was full and then we were told there were NO cars!! I had made my reservation months in advance. All the following days of our trip had reservations that could no longer be cancelled. People were getting increasingly disgruntled. There were only 2 employees to check folks in. Slowly vehicles started drifting in and we finally got our car by 11. But this should never happen!! On a positive note, we had reserved an SUV but were given a mini van for the same price and we enjoyed it and it provided the space we needed.Reviewed Oct 15 2024

Terrible, waited over an hour after paying to get a car as the car was not ready. No notice the car was not ready, it is illegal to charge a customer for a car that is not actually available. That is the definition of fraud.Reviewed Oct 14 2024

I did not know that if you rent from the airport location, they Do Not Accept Debit Cards No exceptions. If you want to change rental days they can add but not subtract. Also there is a minimum of a $200 hold until 2-3 business days after the contract has been completed. That being said, I would like to commend the Manager Gardener and Monalisa as well as the staff for working very hard for accommodating My family and I. We were there at 12pm on Saturday until 1:40pm and was able to pick up family at 2:15pm . We had a wonderful time . That was Joy enough for me. The van could have been cleaned a little better bc the keys and steering wheel was sticking with syrup for the previous client.Reviewed Sep 24 2024

It was absolutely horrible. I didn't know when I'd be leaving/picking up the car so I made the reservation for earlier in the day. I had to leave later around 630pm so I got to Budget at 545pm only to find out the close at 3pm on Thursdays?!?! Are you kidding me? I tried calling other locations but all were out of rentals. I finally was able to get a car from Enterprise that evening and they were the only reason that I was able to make it out on my trip.Reviewed Aug 15 2024
