Pros:Pick up and drop off was very easy. The price was fair and never changed. Vehicle was as described and clean. They even had a snow brush in the car as it is wintertime. I would definitely use them again.Reviewed Feb 24 2019

Pros:The price was very affordable. Both drivers that picked me up or dropped me in lga were very nice and friendly.Cons:The ladies at the desk were disasters. They were busy playing with each other instead of assisting customers. I had to reminder them many time that I had to go. The lady that help helped to me said I had to upgrade because my car size was not available even though reserved ahead of time. Which I declined but she charged me aways for the upgrade. I spent over 30 mins to get my rental.Reviewed Nov 8 2018

Pros:Car was pretty goodCons:The guy working the desk must have been in a super crappy mood.... Also, it should be stated somewhere that 21-24 yr olds are charged an additional $75. I googled before hand and read numerous places that said $25. Super lame it didn’t say $75 anywhere...I am a college student and can’t be randomly charged that much, super mad about that.Reviewed Nov 1 2018

SCAM!Pros:NothingCons:Upon arrival at the car rental agency, there was a long line of people who had been waiting hours to pick up a car. The rental lot was empty - there were no cars immediately available. The agency employees mentioned that every weekend this same problem occurs because 3rd party websites like priceline and kayak overbook. It was a disaster. I ended up canceling the reservation and leaving. My plans were ruined and I will never make this mistake again.Reviewed Oct 25 2018

Ran out of cars!!!! Could not get to my destination!!Pros:Not a single thing.Cons:Given the wrong rental car address to start. Upon arriving at the actual location, the place was disorganized and overbooked by extreme proportions. Almost everyone in the line had to leave because there were not enough cars! Couldn’t get to my final destination because rental agencies were either closed or so expensive to rent from day of. Still waiting to hear from customer service.Reviewed Oct 23 2018

Pros:NothingCons:They overbooked and ran out of cars, resulting in an extended wait and eventual cancellation of the reservation. The communication and organization of the employees handling the crowd of people that amassed due to the company's poor booking policies made the situation much worse.Reviewed Oct 22 2018

Cons:Didn’t even get my car ..came there with my 2 year old, wanted to take him to the pumpkin patch ..we came there and there was like 15 people before us and no one was at the desk working..crazy! Of course I didn’t take my car, 2 year old cannot wait for that long ..advantage car rental ruined our day !!!Reviewed Oct 22 2018
