The process for checking in, picking up and dropping off was really easy. When we drove the vehicle into the underground, there were already atrendants waving us down to park the vehicle. It was great as we were directed without having to waste time on looking for a drop-off area. We love the shuttle service to and from IAH. It saves so much time when you don't have to look for parking or look for the correct terminal to enter into.Reviewed Apr 2 2024

What's the point selecting a car category if every time I get told "this is what we have, take it or leave it"? You've got me by the short and curlys, because I'm not exactly about to switch to taking the bus, am I? The check in was slap dash. The car looked a bit rough. I had to go find someone to record the damage to it so as to not risk being told I'd caused it. Car rental isn't some new business. We've had decades of doing this, so why did I have to advocate so hard for myself? The customer experience was completely lacking. Probably because consolidation has resulted in so few companies and therefore not much competition.Reviewed Mar 1 2024

We were given the oldest most beat up van on the lot even though newer better looking ones were available. The van was dirty and had trash inside. The van needed an alignment. Every time you press the brakes the van would shake terribly.Reviewed Jan 22 2024
