Cuando llegue al punto donde debía recoger el carro me informa el trabajador que no hay carros para rentar lo cual es ilógico a que tenía una reserva previa, me descontaron los 40 dólares de mi cuenta del seguro de un carro que nunca usé porque ustedes estaban overbooked, exijo el reembolso de el dinero que descontaron.Reviewed Jan 6 2024

I've rented a electric car but when picked up the battery was empty (less than 10miles of autonomy) I've returned it and another was provided, unfortunately same situation. Lost an hour in a process so I then took the risk to drive it to a charging station... Be aware that most of the charging station displayed by Maps or even Ford systems are inside Condos and not accessible to the public which restrict a lot the possibilities.Reviewed Nov 12 2023

The AVIS representative in Miami was extremely rude and condescending...not just to us but to many of the customers that had confirmed rental vehicles, had somewhere to be and had NO cars. He told us if we wanted a pick up truck that it would cost us $500 a day and that was all he had!!!!! NEVER AGAIN AVIS!!!!!!Reviewed Oct 2 2023

Returned car one hour late as thought it was due back an hour later. Avis charged me $58.00 for the one hour. The rate per day was $26.00. This is outrageous and total piracy. So ridiculous and stealing from customer. I am a business client so was shocked at this unethical business practice. Beware of Avis!!Reviewed Jun 23 2021

Pros:Friendly staff, loved the Chrysler 300.Cons:My initial flight was delayed so I called asking if I could pick up the car the next day, I was told it wouldn't be a problem but the person I spoke with didn't ask my name or reservation number. When I got there the next day, there were no Chrysler 300's available and I got a Kia Optima that smelled like body odor. I was able to take it to the airport Avis and get the Chrysler thankfully, and everyone was great that I dealt with, but obviously it would have been ideal to get the car I requested at the location I planned. Otherwise I would have just gone to the airport spot.Reviewed Jun 1 2021

Pros:absolutly nothing. The Avis location did not have my car after arriving only and hour late to pick up the vehicle. I can't control the plane and if it is delayed.Cons:The entire location at Avis Rent a Car Miami, FL 6101 Northwest 74th Avenue, Miami, FL 33166 needs to be bulled dozed down to the grown, and all employees need to be fired with no unemployment. Their attitudes are disgusting, and the place is dirty and out dated. the parking lot if filled with rocks and puddles of water. The locations is a complete disgrace.Reviewed May 5 2021

Pros:Car was fine.Cons:Long waiting line to get the car. We were given car location, but when we got to it, we couldn’t open the track. No one was available to help. We rented car in Miami. It has lots of toll roads. I paid for unlimited tolls, but device — transponder was not in the car, and person I found in the garage had very different information, that person at the counter.
