Car, checkout and price were good. But checkin the line was hours long, and the employee lied to us saying our car was not ready for the next hours and we could upgrade for a higher price and have a car ready immediately. When we refused, he told us our car is ready.Reviewed Jan 10 2025

Pros:They charge me extra for fuel even I returned with more fuel then I got it I was charged one extra hour bec of the time of reservations and not the time of pick up waited for customer service for half hour nobody helped me in the drop off airport called customer service and received money back .
