Pros - None Cons - Wait time to get a car is 1 - 2 hours (I am not kidding) - Wait time in line to get a car is 1 - 2 hours. - Line is always out the door. - No cars are available in a timely fashion. - If your license is damaged, you are SOL (even though they know who you are). - You can not rebook the car rental in real time at the counter if you have trouble. - I ended up taking an Uber to the Miami Car Rental Center at the airport and got a Car Rental there (I know, it's that bad). Overall it's a really bad discount Car Rental facility. I will not do business with these places ever again. Getting a car from here can ruin your trip. Just book the Car Rental from a reputable brand at the airport and reduce the cost of your airfare or hotel to offset it.Reviewed Feb 6 2025

Worst car rental experience we’ve ever had. We had booked a van months in advanced. Our flight times had been changed by the airline about a month prior to our trip. Fox NEVER reached out to us to explain there is only a 6 hour grace window of time from arrival to when they will hold your car for you. We had no idea. So after a very long travel day we take the shuttle to their off-site facility 20 min away (another thing we didn’t realize because the website said they were located AT the airport), we were told our reservation had been cancelled because we were like 45 min passed the grace window of arrival and they had no other cars. We had two small children with us and they were completely unhelpful and showed no remorse. NEVER EVER book with this company.Reviewed Oct 21 2023

Pros:Dealership was in a very sketchy neighborhood Felt unsafe with late night pickup. People fighting in the parking lot.
