Cons:I called Alamo twice to confirm that my SUV rental would be AWD as this was the sole reason for my rental to drive into snowy weather and both times was told I would have AWD with any SUV rental. However, at OAK airport I was told I am not guaranteed AWD and in additional OAK airport is the only Alamo location in the Bay Area that charges an additional fee for AWD. Eventually the agent did make an effort to help me get what we needed but the experience was unnecessarily disconcerting.Reviewed Feb 16 2021
