They weren't even very friendly. I had a reservation over 24 rs in advance when I got there to pick up the car. They informed me that they didn't even have cars when the car was booked. .. EXTREMELY UN ACCEPTABLEReviewed Dec 13 2024

Cons:Showed up after a 30 minute delayed flight, no one at the counter to assist. Actually have a clerk at the counter that can assist during later hours. Or, if you're going to partner with another rental agency and defer your customers to their desk, make sure that desk is staffed. Avis did and was able to match your rate and earn my future business.Reviewed Nov 12 2020
