Pros:Drop off was fairly quick.Cons:The “wildcard special” while the desk agent claimed to have a “full fleet” of vehicles was not so much a wildcard as your choice in color of your Chevy Spark. Cons:We waited over an hour in the Maui heat trying to get our car. Not enough agents to help out the 20+ customers in line. Once we got to the desk, our agent was courteous and helpful. Your policy of charging extra for an additional driver is just wrong and not appreciated. Our car was ok but had been hosed down and was wet inside as well as outside.Reviewed Apr 26 2021

Pros:Staff was ok. Drop off easy.Cons:Cars are extremely overpriced right now I believe Hawaii is making up for what they lost in revenue during the Covid restrictions. To pay $1400 for one week versus $300 like we used to seems pretty ridiculous. Cons:I canceedl my rental 3 days in advance but was never able to get in touch with anyone from Kayak or from Thrifty to discuss their cancellation policy. I called multiple agencies who told me I had the wrong department and then they transferred me to a different department only to be told that I had contacted the wrong department. They said someone would call me. No one has reached out. I will never use Thrifty again, and I probably won’t use Kayak again either. Terrible experience.
