Pros: The car was almost new. Office was a short walk from the terminal. Check-out was quick.

Pros: Drop off was easy.
Cons: Pickup staff was a little unfriendly and did not go over any instructions except to remind us to drive on the left side of the road.

Pros: Drop off was good
Cons: No one was available at desk for pick up, even though it was during open hours. Had to take expensive taxi to hotel and spend most of next day awaiting for a car to be delivered. Very poor customer service upon arrival.

Pros: The car was clean and the radio worked
Cons: We booked an Audi or equivalent.. received was an old Toyota. Back up camera didn’t work, usb didn’t work. Door would jam. The odometer was in kilometers but the country uses mph. When returning the car, we waited for 20 minutes and nobody was in the office. Made us almost late for our flight.

Cons: very old car, with battery problem. Had to get help once to start it after leaving the lights on for less than 30 min. Tried to contact the number for assistance but no one anwered (after 10 pm). Car was also very noisy inside and not looking good outside (even it had a broked part).
