The rental process was quick and easy. The only problem that I had, there was no instructions as to what I do on return. Usually there is someone to tell you what to do.( Leave your keys in the car or take them with you.)Reviewed Mar 26 2024

Cons:There wasn't anything wrong with the service I got from Thrifty. The poor rating was intended for Kayak. Through this service I was able to reserve a vehicle that wasn't available. I don't know anyone that has nothing better to do than waste precious time online and on the road in an effort to find creative new ways to waste more of their time. Thank you Kayak for making just a tiny part of my life a complete waste. After all, I'm gonna live forever, right...Reviewed Feb 2 2021
