DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they're trying to charge me an additional $79.85 for gas even though I turned it in with slightly more in it than when it was given to me! It was just under the first tick above half when I got it. I put it over the tick when I turned it in. Now just about half a tank of gas is somehow worth $80. Also, the $200 deposit was not told to me before booking, so I had to scramble for that money! Now they're saying it could take 14 days to be returned! Awful, shady practices. Not a Damn Thing, I never got my rental car, d/t my booking agent not telling me that I needed a credit card, found out the day I arrived in Indianapolis. The cost of the rental was $422, I have been trying to find out from them why I still had to pay the full price, when I never got the rental, on the contract it states that if I cancelled before 24 hrs it would be $100, & during the 24hr it would be $200, I have yet to receive any answers from them regarding this situation. Mean while I had to rent from another place in the airport which costed me $600, so I could have transportation while there for a wk, trying to take care of my sick son. I also called your agency a few time to speak to someone, there was no help there either. Not Happy at all.Reviewed Apr 7 2024

Pros:No staff at the counter when we arrived, a card said to use the kiosk and no kiosk to be seen. When we brought the car back there was no staff around and this was at 4:30 PM.Cons:Get anybody to be at your place of business or close down. And by the way we noticed that there was a big plug in the right rear tire. That is very dangerous in my opinion, and no spare along with no staff.Reviewed Apr 12 2021

Pros:Staff was friendly getting the rental and something happened to their computer. Claimed my reservation was flagged and they wouldn’t be able to rent to me for the night.Cons:I rent from sixt regularly. There was no code or reason for the reservation being flagged. Pros:No issues with staff friendlinessCons:They didn’t do the walk around the vehicle when I took it out and since I was in a hurry with lots of luggage, I forgot to do it. They just handed me the keys at the desk and pointed where the car is. But they walked around when I brought it back and claimed that a pebble off the street has chipped the paint off the hood.Reviewed Feb 10 2021

Pros:Our flight was changed to a later flight and SIXT was to be closed at that time. When I called ahead the agent went out of her way to set up a rental with Alamo, who would be available. She was so diligent, that I did not mind for the disruption. Pros:There was no one at the desk. Walked out to the garage instead of the person helping me they sent me back inside. Moreover I didn’t get the size car I requested and the car has low tire pressure and need and oil change. Because we kept getting notifications on the dash.Reviewed Nov 1 2020
