The car was clean. However, when we dropped off the car the person at the counter wanted to charge us extra for delay fee but once I informed him that I contacted their office and they informed me that it‘s ok to bring the car no later than 2 hours late he waved The fee.

2 hours to get the car, and was sending me from one terminal to another to get the car The car was empty of fuel and smills bad.

I found my reservation all set. The car was clean. The condition check of the car was detailed and well documented. The thing I did not like is the long wait to process the paperwork before receiving the car. Considering coming from a flight and it could have been a very long one and then having to wait that long to finish the paperwork at the office before you go to receive the car. I suggest working with the local office to benefit from the information provided at the online reservation to speed up the process.
