Even tho I had pay the insurance by kayak, at the airport alamo was telling me that is not their problem that i should do it with them. At when i accepted the wated to charge 1000 us for the insurence, my remaining pay up for the car was 220 CAD dollars but they try to charge those in US dollars

Pros:

the lack of communication with the avis office at the airport, well the office is not at the airport, is located at front of it, was a long walk and i was with my mother, she's 70 years old, the other big issue that i had was the i got the car insurance with you ( kayak and priceline ) and because of that they had to put a hold on my credit card of $5,000 because for them i didn't have insurance cause i was doing the insurance with you guys a third party. overall you shouldn't sell them like they are locate at the airport cause they don't and do something about the car insurance policy, really disappointed.

i wouldn’t never recommend them……our fly got delay in miami 2 hours we were scheduled to land in lima at 8:30pm we got there close to 11pm they told us my reservation got canceled since i didn’t show up at 8 like i was suppose to be nothing i couldnt done in my power………..they offered the same car whit a higher price
