Super BAD experience with this mediocre service of payless ARUBA. I WONT RECOMMEND ANYONE to rent a car. You wonder why.....??? Well if you have a confirmation with PAYLESS ARUBA beware that you can arrive at the counter for pick up you confirmed rental car and the employer will tell you that there is no car reserved for your booking. And keep in mind that this stupid airport location opens at 10am and I had to wait 2 hours for them to open and than telling me that they don't have my reserved midsized carReviewed Aug 28 2024

I went to the airport to pick up the car and in the front desk after all the explanations the lady told me that Payless didn’t accept DINERS credit card so I can’t take the reservation and she canceled in that moment. I have to look in the airport another rental car and finally I choose thirty rental car and found a car at the same day.Reviewed Nov 13 2023

Pros:NO PAYLESS RELOCATED TO A HOTEL AND HAD NO INFORMATION OUT SIDE REGARDING..WE HAD ASKED SEVERAL COMPANIES WHERE THEY WERE LOCATED.Cons:WHERE TO PICK UP THE CAR WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE ...THE CARS WERE CRAPPY HAH TO GET ANOTHER ONE THAT WASNT FALLING APART ALSOAND MORE EXPENSIVE THAN CURACAO THAT HAD BETTER CARSReviewed Dec 15 2019

Pros:Staff was ultimately accommodating, but not quick to assist.Cons:Firstly, the car was a 2016 and a piece of garbage. The door lock only opened the driver door, rather than all of the doors as it should have. Our car died on the island. We called the service number and they told us 20-30 minutes. An hour later they came, tried a jump start and battery, but to no avail. They said the car needed to be towed, and after a phone call, said they were to take me to the airport to get a replacement. I questioned the drop off point since Payless is offsite. Of course, when they dropped me at the airport, there was no one there. I imposed on the Avis attendant (Avis owns/partners with Payless) to get me a ride to Payless. There they gave me a replacement vehicle. But no one from Payless knew of any of my previous conversations with them during this ordeal. To their credit, they provided me with a courtesy discount for my troubles when I settled my account.... but only after I asked.Reviewed Nov 3 2019
