The overall experience was excellent. But during checkout on a Spring Break Sunday, tthey were overwhelmed. They still did everything quick but the parking was so packed that it was even hard to get to them. It's more of an airport organization problem. The staff was great!Reviewed Mar 31 2025

Service was excellent, no complaints here. The issue was the address you have in your records is incorrect, does not even exist anymore. You still have it listed on the website. That said, the woman at the counter, did not get her name, was excellent. Helped me out even with the address problem. Needed to return the car as the driver side front tire had cracks in it, really???? Again, the same woman was able to help me out with a new vehicle, she is to be commended for her work ethics.Reviewed Mar 23 2024

I wanted to extend my rental. I called 5 days before my rental was going to expire. I called 15 times and they never answered.customer service at budget was extremely poor. I was left at the airport without transportation. No other car rentals had cars.Reviewed Feb 18 2024

Our rental experience seemed fairly good, when we picked up the car there was a bit of damage on the vehicle. I made sure I took a full walk around video to make sure we weren’t gonna have any trouble on dropping off. It wasn’t a problem after all.
