Pros:
The staff really Did their best to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle and their serviceCons:
They did not have the car I reserved for me because they were busy. My pickup wait time was about an hour. The tire pressure light was in the whole drive to LA. Then on the drive down a notice for an oil Change came up. There also wasn’t any wiper fluid.10.0 Wonderful

The sales agent spent my entire checkin working to up-sell me and to my knowledge upgraded me to a bigger SUV when I booked the largest one I could to a cost. The car smelled like weed the entire time too.Sixt

I was able to book my rental with my credit card however when I went to pick up my rental the guy at the counter told me that you didn’t except my credit card and he would not even refund my money I had to actually call In and have you guys refund it through the Internet never would recommend nor use your company againHertz

Cons:
Hertz rented this vehicle to me in San Francisco with only enough gas for 30miles. (Gas stations are difficult to find in the city). Also they gave me a much smaller car than advertised for the same price, claiming that it was in the same class. I wanted a large SUV but was given a very small one with almost no storage.8.0 Very good

Service was terrible. From arrival at the hertz office to the time I drove off was over 90 minutes and they weren't that busy. They would disappear into the back for 15 or 20 minutes for no apparent reason. Would avoid this location.4.4 Mediocre

When I finally got the car it was fine.Cons:
The complete lack of organization of the staff. Clearly, not trained. When I arrived there were 30 people were standing or sitting and not in any particular order. There was no way to determine who was first or 30th. I organized the people by asking who should be first , second and so forth...the mob responded and we self selected each party into an organized line.. The facility ran out of cars. The staff would not communicate to anyone. Running around and not knowing what to do The whole experience was embarrassing to me as many foreign people were there and they could not believe the chaos.. .Black & White Rent A Car
