Pros: When we called customer service to explain the problems, they gave me a full refund as they could not provide me a car from anywhere after they gave my car away. This was probably the best outcome for the situation.
Cons: 1) Not sure if it was Hertz or Kayak, but I selected wanting a car from the TPA. The Hertz that they booked me through was 45min away from TPA in the opposite direction of where we were staying. 2) Again, not sure if it was Hertz or Kayak, but it allowed me to book a rental for pickup at 5p, leading me to believe it was the Hertz located at the airport. The Hertz it was actually for was 45min away and close exactly at 5p. We landed a few minutes after 5p and there was no way we would have been able to make it to the alternate location or even call them to see what we do next. 3) The female desk agent at the airport was less than helpful with a "You didn't book it for pickup here so I don't know what to tell you" attitude. We ended up having to pay for a 30min Uber ride to our hotel and draft our own gameplan for the next day. 4) Upon getting to our resort (Tradewinds Grand Island), we noticed a Hertz in the parking lot right next to the hotel! We would go there first thing in the morning and see if maybe they could help us. When we walked over, the guy was again, way less than helpful. He said our reservation was likely canceled with no way to get our money back and he had no rentals to give us. I asked why they would have let me book it for pickup at 5p when they close at 5p and he answered "Because some people ACTUALLY SHOW UP at 5p. Needless to say, we left and I will never elect to use Hertz again.
Pros: Great pick-up experience ! Drew went out of his way to find just the right vehicle for our trip ! Very courteous and professional service. Drop-off was equally easy and quick. Better rental company than any other we have researched !
Cons: Need chairs or furniture in the waiting area. Office is very busy. No place to sit !

Cons: The car was honestly not that clean and was showing a warning light that it was due for an oil change.

Cons: There were no cars available so they sent me an hour away to the airport location and they also had no cars available. Will never do business with them again!

Cons: Pick up was a hassle. The location is actually abandoned. Had to go to two other Hertz locations to complete my pick up and drop off. Whew it was not worth it. Should have just paid a little extra for another company.
Pros: Nothing. The truck I booked wasn't in stock. I drove 30 min there. Had to wait 20min to be helped just to find out they didn't have a truck. They offered a cargo van for a weekend trip to get furniture that had 2 seats and i have a kid. That's not comparable for me
Cons: Have the item I reserved in stock. Or call me before I drive 30 min out of my way to get it to tell me you don't have it
Cons: Had to cancel trip due to Florida pretty much shutting down and i still gotvcharged the $100 cancelation fee SMH
