Pros: The low price.
Cons: The agent was not at the desk when I got there. A neighboring car agent had to text her to call her back to the airport. Waited 20 minutes to get service. Then, I went out to my car and found it was a tiny economy car (Ford Fiesta) when I ordered a compact car (“Ford Focus or similar). When I went back to desk to change cars it was now 6:03pm, and she was gone with everything locked up and closed. Had she been there when I arrived for my reservation there would have been time to deal with it. Instead I was forced to drive that tin can car for an 11 hour trip, and felt unsafe. The car had horrible seat stains and generally not clean. So basically everything could have been better about the experience except the price.

Cons: I was irritated that hertz did not provide parking while I rented the car. I instead had to pay for parking (10$ per day) to park while I was renting the car. This really increased the total cost of the rental.

Pros: Such an easy pickup/drop off experience, car was spotless and comfortable and the price was exactly what was quoted - which i’ve heard has been a problem. I was able to waive the fees for being under 25 with my AAA membership which was great! Would rent again.

Wanted an economy car and they gave us a van, really?
Cons: Wanted an economy car and they gave us a van. Didn't know it until we were in the parking lot. Plus the exterior was gross. If we didn't have an appointment I would have changed it out. Girl at the counter was lame.

Dirty car with broken key
Pros: They actually gave us a better car then we rented which was nice, and the front counter people were helpful.
Cons: The car hadn't been vacuumed out, and had some scratches. I called to let them know about scratches. Also the key was broken, but it didn't need it in the ignition to start. When I asked for another key they said that was all they had, then I returned the car and they asked me what I did to the key?!
