Pros: Horrible experience
Cons: We booked a car 1 week prior to travel. Arrived at the airport of our destination and called the rental car company in which they told us they were closed and had no more cars. Our pickup time was for 4 pm and apparently they close at 4 pm. Why would they allow us to book this? And Why weren’t we notified in advance there were no cars?
Cons: The Staff.. they were rude.. I booked a car in advance for Labor Day weekend.. sent me confirmation and charged me.. I get there and what they have to tell me is they don’t have any cars to give.. what a pathetic group.. I was stuck in New Orleans for like 2 days cuz they didn’t have a car and I had to depend on a family member driving from hours away just to come get me at the last minute
Cons: It would've been better if they didn't accept the reservation since they knew there were no pickup trucks in inventory. Also, no help with trying to find one.
Cons: I used this service to connect with Hertz. I made the reservation, got a confirmation and I called the rental place to find out the site was booking cars but non were available. The technology was useless at the time of my dealings.
Pros: There was a 25-30 minute wait, even though I scheduled a specific time due to time constraints. They didn't have the vehicle I requested but placed me in a larger luxury line vehicle for compensation (larger gas guzzler). I could exclude all of that but what really topped it was the fact that my deposit wasn't returned. In fact, the corporate office called me wondering if I still had the car because the ticket wasn't closed at the local office. When the reservation was placed, no where did it mention a credit check and $200 deposit.. would have been nice for a heads up!
Cons: Basically everything..perhaps it was just this location but they seemed disorganized. Try another company..
Cons: I called them to be sure they were open until 6. They said yes. I got there at 5:15 they were closed and had closed at 4. I didn’t get a car.
Cons: needed credit card to rent within 24 hours of booking
Pros: The Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Have a car ready, cleaned and full tank of gas before the customer arrive.
Cons: Staff at pick-up was nonchalant. The vehicle was not ready yet when we arrived even though we were a little late.
The vehicle missed a cover and still had protective films on the top roof sticked on. We had to put the cover and remove the film ourselves.
The guy at pickup did not even tell us what fuel level we needed to return the vehicle but the tank was not full.
Overall not a good service to say the least
Pros: Nothing, we never got a car.
Cons: It would have been better if they would have contacted me and let me know they ran out of cars instead of making me drive 45mins to be told that they failed to call me to let me know. Very unprofessional!!
Pros: Staff helpful and efficient. Easy to get the car and to drop it off. Good experience.
Pros: the car i reserved wasn't there tried to put me in a wrecked compact that reaked of smoke, so much so couldn't sit in more tan a couple min, took almost 1.5 hours to work out a car. finally ended up in a car in the return line that had not been cleaned or made ready. the return place advertised opens at 7:30 didn't open till 7:50
