Billed more than said. Vehicle possible problems. No tow although told many times coming. No vehicle to exchange for although told so. Then we were held up for hours due to the rental not going to let my son drive it out again cuz no other vehicle. This whole process cost us more money and hours of our vacation time. Pros:Helpful staff.Cons:I believed this location was at MSY, but it was not. I had to take a 25 minute Uber ride to the actual location. I will need to be more careful on selecting next time. I was sure that I selected MSY. :(Reviewed Sep 7 2020
