When I got my final receipt they charged me for a fill up @ 10.99 per gallon and I returned it full. Then trying to get the charges reversed was a nightmare, they said thy reversed charges so we will see how that goes.Reviewed Mar 23 2025

Great experience. The mobile check-in option was very simple and the Hertz rental counter being right inside the airport is super convenient. Picked up our truck quickly and easily. Drop-off was equally simple with a short, covered walk into the airport which was nice since it was pouring and we were traveling with our toddler. I paid for the rental ahead of time, and was then charged an extra fee to pick the vehicle up. Nowhere was an additional fee mentioned. This is the 3rd satisfaction survey that I've filled out saying the same thing, and rather than reach out and try to fix things, y'all just send more surveys.Reviewed Feb 22 2025

Bad experience with Hertz pick up. I reserved and paid up front so we could just go to the car and skip the counter. Trudged the length of the garage, stowed luggage and then couldn’t start the car because the key fob was dead. Unloaded and Walked all the way back to a kiosk in 90 degree heat. Waited a half hour for the CSR to get done talking to another employee while ignoring customers. Finally was assigned another car, no apologies or upgrade and we left a half hour beyond our pickup time. Terrible.Reviewed Sep 24 2024

Hertz is good but not awesome. I don’t care for how they reel you in at one price thinking that’s what your going to pay and then when you get there your actually paying $100 more. That’s a false advertisement. If I’m paying $265 for my car, you should be telling me that up front, not after I get to the airport and pick my car out.Reviewed Aug 7 2024

Toyota 4 Runners have got to be the most uncomfortable vehicles I have ever driven. This car was in dire need of a tire balance and rotation. You had to fight it to stay stable in your lane when driving. It also kept having warnings come up that it needed an oil change right after we picked it up. Pick up at Nashville was fine but drop off could have been better with airport signage not being super clear on where to go and no one there to direct where exactly they wanted me to pull in. When someone finally did come, he was hateful because he didn’t like where I pulled into.Reviewed Jun 12 2024
