Your website would not distinguish between a 1 Way Rental, and a Return Rental. Why wouldn't your website just STATE THAT THEY DON'T HAVE 1 WAY RENTALS... Instead of reverting back to a Return Rental ? I had to pay a Lyft driver $50, then had to pay your competitor TWICE what I had confirmed on your website. SO, DO YOU THINK I'LL EVER USE YOUR SITE AGAIN ???Reviewed Apr 17 2025

The staff was helpful and pick up/drop off was easy. However, we reserved a small car and ended up with an extra cab pick up truck. I would have much preferred the vehicle I reserved. I do not usually drive a truck and navigating a large vehicle in a new city was not pleasant.Reviewed Oct 10 2024

Never got to use rental car. The worst experience I have ever had with a rental car company. Waited in line for over 2 hours and would have been another 2 hours to get near the front. I am 8 months pregnant and can’t wait in line for 4 hours. Avis and other companies under the same umbrella had NO line but refused to help despite my pleas. They wouldn’t even let me cancel my reservation and make a new one. Had to go to a competing company (Dollar) and rent a second car. Dollar took care of me in 10 minutes.Reviewed Oct 10 2024

I like the price; however, when we went to the checkin counter, we found the service to be very slow. There were only two employees to handle a line up of customers so we waited in line longer than we would have liked. When we actually made it to the front of the line, the agent did a great job.Reviewed Sep 23 2024

Pickup and drop off was seamless and quick. The car was not properly cleaned before pickup and still had a bag of chips in the trunk and water bottles and a small basketball on the floor.Reviewed Jul 19 2024

When you book Budget car rentals in Nashville, you’ll find that there are a few different car models that can come in handy for the location. For example, if you will be traveling with a larger group, or you plan on going on longer drives or a road trip, you may prefer to have the additional space that an SUV or van can provide. For those visitors that plan on primarily staying in the city center, an economy model can be useful, as it makes it easy to drive in traffic and park in smaller spaces.

By paying a small additional fee, you can add this program to your reservation and you will be covered for certain things that standard coverage may not pay for, such as receiving a replacement key for the vehicle or having a flat tire changed.
If you are a student, you can still book Budget car rentals in Nashville. Budget allows individuals under the age of 25 to rent a car, unlike many other companies. As long as you are at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license, you are eligible to reserve a vehicle. Students between the ages of 21 and 24 can even benefit from certain discounts throughout the year.
Renters that are planning on going on a long road trip and are interested in crossing the border to either Canada or Mexico are in luck. When you rent with Budget, you have the right to drive your vehicle internationally, as long as you return it in the United States. To do this, you will want to make sure that you alert your rental branch before you pick up your vehicle, as they will most likely need to prepare additional paperwork. Customers typically will need to pay for additional coverage as well.
