The car was very dirty. It smelled of cigarette smoke. The left rear turn signals and brake lights didn't work. I had already filled it up with 17.7 gallons ($60) of fuel because the gas tank was almost empty. They said just below half but it was just below 1/4. I returned it immediately because I didn't feel safe driving the 900 miles through Indianapolis, Louisville and Nashville without brake lights and turn signals. We returned it but the office was already closed for the weekend. I received nothing for my rental fee and gas expenditure. Was very disappointed that they would rent a car in such poor condition.Reviewed Apr 15 2024

We were on our way to pick up the car and we were notified that they did not have a car available. Claimed that people had brought back damaged cars & that they could not use them. We waited for 3 days to see if they would be able to get us a car. They were not. So we gave up.Reviewed Oct 2 2022

Cons:I was told at the fort wayne airport if i got gas thru them the charge of $30 would be pro rated in South bend based on what i used Well SB they said no no no we dont take off $ amount based on usage when all i used was a 1/4 tank so what the original fee was $68 turned out to be $122.72 also the drop off in SB was a nightmare to just to find it and parking lot dark and i had to find someone in lot to help me. finally found a guy n then he was of very little helpReviewed Dec 9 2019

Pros:Jaigon (no idea how to spell his name but y’all, red-headed gentleman) was awesome! He was kind, nice, easy to talk to and worked his butt off to get us going and out with the vehicle. When I came back to drop off, he took the keys and told me he’d send the receipt. I was in and out. He is great!Cons:We got there at 1:00pm. Walked in to no one in the office but heard voices in the back. I went back and found 2 employees “on their lunch break”. No one else to help us, they didn’t stop eating. 17 min later, Jaigon came in and helped us. Had I not needed the car, I would have left. I was not happy.Reviewed Apr 30 2019

Pros:Our car had serious mechanical issues with the right rear. Made horrible sound. Wipers should have been replaced. This car should not have been rented out until repaired and reinspected. Dangerous!?!!Cons:Have another car available but the city was completely out of rental cars....Reviewed Feb 21 2019

GoodPros:Good gas mileage of car.Cons:Car was not ready at time of pick up, causing me to wait 20-30 extra minutes. Another vehicle was ready, however, was not the size of car I had reserved. It was smaller. Employees had to clean out the car I rented.Reviewed Oct 16 2018
