Pros:Staff was great car was clean.Cons:On kayak I added the Insurance for 11 dollars per day. Once I arrived at Enterprise I was told it’s 18 dollars per day. The old bait and switch, this is crappy and should not happen.Reviewed Jun 23 2020

Pros:Everyone I spoke to was helpful. They provided electronic copies of everything, so it saves paper and the environment, plus convenient. They had vehicle I requested and quickly got me in it when we arrived at the location. Drop off after trip was simple too.Cons:I scheduled a pick up at least a day in advance and waited over an hour for the ride to appear. I rented a minivan (reserved in January and got it in August) and they asked if I would switch down because they were short on vans that day. The van wasn't totally clean. Thrifty RentalPros:Very easy rental process.Cons:I had asked prior to arriving bing to save a Toyota FourRunner. Manager said they would try to hold one as there were several available. When I arrived the next day, the attendant said none were available nor had he seen one for quite awhile. Pros:I liked that the Nissan Sentra had electronic seats so that they could be adjusted since I am petite. Staff was very nice and accommodating.Cons:I originally scheduled to get a pick-up truck (NEW Nissan Titan) which they had however, it only had manual adjusting seats so I could not adjust it for my size; could not see over the dash! The truck did not have a bed liner which should be standard on the vehicle.Reviewed May 1 2017

Pick up was delayedPros:The vehicle was clean and was the type of car ordered. I wasn't happy that there was only 1/4 tank of gas on the car wed hen I picked it up. Also, I ordered online so it woukd be quicker when I arrived. Instead, I was the last person helped and this in the lobby had no prearrangement. I understood gathering my license and having me sign. Also, the insurance had purchased online, they didn'the know anything about it. The encouraged their insurance.Reviewed Jan 28 2017
