If I had known they expected a $13,000 security deposit on the car I would’ve never rented from them. I was grateful I didn’t pay in advance that way I can walk away from the rental do not recommendReviewed Feb 19 2025

Cons:I was not given an option to decline insurance coverage not needed or wanted. My reservation would not have been honored and they would have declined car rental. I had 8 pieces of luggage and 94 and 92 year olds with me. I had no choice but to accept very expensive insurance, not needed as my credit card covers it. Also, no car available on location for me and I had to wait a full hour for the car. I was lied to, being told it was being cleaned. I walked over to the cleaning bay to check and no caravan was there. I asked again and was told it was a few more minutes while they finished cleaning it. I confronted them and explained there was no car there and to give me an honest answer. They finally said it was coming from a different location. They still had to clean it when it arrived. Poor customer service and dishonest.Reviewed Apr 28 2021
