My bad experience is based on the additional service charges that made the final price much higher than what was shown on the app, even after I explained that my credit card already had full coverage. Very poor service; I was traveling with my children and four seniors and couldn't make another reservation due to our flight arrival times. Not transparent at all. Prices there are different. Paid more for insurance than the car. In addition once the itemized cost was given it included a baby seat that I did not request and they would not credit back.Reviewed Oct 24 2023
