Pros:Nothing. I arrived with a confirmation number and was told there was not a car available for me. I was left on the side of the road with no transportation in a foreign countryCons:Everything! See statement above. I had confirmation and arrived to pick up only to be told no car was available. Literally stranded on the sidewalk in a foreign country with no transportation. Cons:The vehicle couldve been in better conditions. The driver’s seat was broken and the seats were dirty. Also, I reserved a Jetta and they gave me a Vento. They would not honor my reservation for the vehicle I reserved.Reviewed Jan 2 2020

Cons:The whole experience was a mess! Ordered a Suburban, got a dated minivan. Took 2 hrs to prepare the car. People before us had waited 3 hrs. Most unorganized and disappointing experience with a rental I’ve ever had.Reviewed Dec 20 2019

Cons:Check in was long, we had to wait for a while for the guy to wash the car. It arrived when we did so we understood we needed to wait for them to prepare it for us, but he washed others even after he was told to wash ours first. Also no car manual MUCH needed bc we got a flat tire!!Reviewed Jul 8 2019
