Cons:Car was not ready. They tried to charge for things in a very shifty way. They did not disclose information that was important to the rental. They were emphatic that there was to be no smoking of any kind in the car and gave us a car that reeked of smoke - and then said that it was the cleaner they used to sanitize due to COVID. RIGHT!!! They charged us (prepaid) for a full tank of gas upon return, said we had a full tank of gas when they gave us the keys, but the car was only half full. When we pointed all these things out, they became defensive, dismissive and resorted to lies.Reviewed May 17 2021
