The reservation said to pick up from the hotel I was staying at. However, I had to take a taxi to a different place. They need to change this on the website as according to the office it’s been like this for two years. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The van we rented was infested with tiny roaches. They would crawl on me and the rest of the passengers. This was supppper frustrating especially since we were staying an hour away from the rental location.Reviewed May 8 2024
