Pros:Nothing at all. Bait and switch. Made the reservation for $168, got to PR the car cost $500. They refused to accept my military full coverage auto insurance. Manager was dismissive and rudeCons:Car was extremely over price. $500 for manually doors and windows. AC Bartley worked. Took over an hour to pick up rental even though I had a reservation. Pros:Nothing. Don’t come here.Cons:The staff was very very slow and did not care about customer service. She was rude when I tried to get a time estimate after waiting 40 mins to be called up. The other staff members appeared to be very disorganized. After 50 minutes, we decided to leave. We never got the car and took our business to another car rental place that was much much quicker.Reviewed Feb 3 2020

Cons:Oh my, this place is a mess... it's now called allied. I rented here before with the same experience. This time I had to cancel because they were saying my online rate wouldn't allow me to use my private vehicle full coverage.... so rented online then they wanted an additional 174$... went to NU down the street got a nicer car for same original online price. Also 2 different customers were accused of damaging their car while we were standing in line, both had taken pics and proved otherwise. It is slow, rude, disorganized, poorly ran, etc.Reviewed Jan 30 2020

Cons:The biggest problem is with your estimating system. The taxes and fees you gave me were 150% off. Wasted 1 hour of my trip trying to understand what happened. Your system should not use US estimates it’s way off and it makes for a lot of unhappy customersReviewed Jan 7 2020

Pros:Easy to return if you drop off early in the morning (around/before 8 am).Cons:Waited for almost 2 hours to get my car — 90 minutes in line just to get to the desk. The operation is totally disorganized. I feel bad for the employees because it seems like they’re doing their best to please a lot of unhappy customers.Reviewed Jan 2 2020

Pros:The gentleman that assisted me was friendly and tried but their systems and process needs SO MUCH tweaking that they put their team members in a failing situation.Cons:Management needs to increase staff and work on their fast checkout and drop off process and tools. I don't typically do surveys or leave comments but I felt the company was so bad I had to. This really is meant to ALLIED Rental Car Management (handling EZ Rental Car), you are putting your team members in a bad spot. Work on your process and training and they will do well by your customers and you. It's on you!Reviewed Nov 11 2019
