Cons:There was confusion regarding the class of vehicle. We had a luxury class vehicle reserved and I believe we only got a premium class vehicle. We dropped the car at Las Vegas Airport instead of a hotel which was 3 miles from the airport. Enterprise wants to charge me another $300.00 drop off fee in addition to the original $400 for a one-way charge!Reviewed May 23 2021

Pros:I liked nothing about my experience with Enterprise. I will never do business with them again.Cons:Potentially having my car at the location it was reserved would be a start? When we got to the service counter it was closed directing people downstairs. When I got down there the Enterprise Agent Tyler told me my car/reservation was at another Enterprise location. He then proceeded ignore any and all followup questions I had and instead proceeded to talk to customers behind me as if I didn't exist. I've honestly never been treated so poorly in my life. Avis had my in a car 30 minuets later. Never again will I even consider Enterprise, such an awful company to close the entire service desk and direct people through one terrible agent.Reviewed May 13 2021

Pros:the associate that got checked us into the car was very good and patient with us. the type of car i reserved was not available and she took her time to allow us to decide on an alternate vehicle.Cons:I was disappointed that i reserved an SUV and that one wasn't available. they us "upgrade" to a pickup truck. The pickup truck was much longer and wider, plus it was VERY inconvenient for us when travelling from destination to destination with luggage in an open truck, Every time we stopped to eat or check something out, we had to put the luggage in the interior of the vehicle for safety. Plus it rained when we went to the Grand Canyon.Reviewed May 5 2021
