Cons: if I had started with a full tank of gas. Either that or the Rogue only gets 10mpg
Pros: Nothing went good. Bad wxperience from a reputable company. No care available for hours when i went to pick up.
Cons: Everything! I made a reservation so therefore a car should have been sitting and waiting for my arrival. We should never have to wait for a car that we reserved!
Pros: Always professional staff. Pick up and drop off was seamless.
Cons: Value for vehicle was just okay. Vehicle met expectations in terms of performance and comfort.

Cons: The price I was quoted was way off from what I was charged by 400%. The reservation I made also wasn’t easily found if it was found at all, but I was just given a reservation and then found out later how much I was being charged.
Pros: Staff didn't pay attention to my reservation on KAYAK, and were clueless about the insurance coverage I purchased from KAYAK. They overcharged me, even though I gave them all the reservation number, insurance policy number and overall charges and left it in their drop box with the keys to the vehicle. I will never rent a car from that location again.
Cons: Everything. I even called the Enterprise location after I booked the reservation on KAYAK, and they seem to have had that information on Tuesday (the 12th) but didn't have a clue by Friday (the 15th) which was the pickup date. I wasn't instructed on my follow up call on Tuesday that any paperwork or confirmations were needed. Sad state of affairs, I would think the Enterprise District Manager for that location would be on top of those types of errors.
Pros: The staff was friendly and efficient. The new car rental center at the airport was also really nice.

The car pick up was at the airport and I did not need to use a shuttle, there was not much of a line so it was quick
Cons: The guy giving me the keys was rather high pressured with wanting me to take his insurance which I declined because my personal insurance and even my visa covers me, he asked to see my insurance card and quized me on who my insurance was through, which was odd. He also tried to sell the gas return option rather enthusiastically, felt like there was a commission on extras. Car smelled awful, like old cigarettes and body odor. Back seats dirty. It was a very dated SUV that drove rough. Wiper blade on driver side needed replaced badly. And all this for a high price.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and the car fit our family great.
Cons: The interior of the car was filthy. Had to wipe everything down before the start of our trip.
Cons: They did not have the size of car I ordered and gave me a much smaller car. Very frustrating. It’s like going to a restaurant and ordering steak and they bring you a hotdog instead.
Pros: Staff was excellent on both ends. Drop off could not have been better.
Cons: We were upgraded from a mid-size sedan to an SUV with several brands and styles to choose from. Staff could have been a little more helpful by providing the passenger capacity for each instead of just naming them.
Pros: Drop off was super easy and there were no extra charges like a lot of these places make you pay. I have had bad experiences with Sixt and Budget, but Enterprise were awesome.
