Cons: The staff informed me to come back in three hours to get a car. An overweight female employee of African American origins informed me that just because I have a reservation doesn’t mean they have a car for me. Is this enterprises new policy ???
Cons: Enterprise closed at 5pm at the Montgomery airport, my flight landed at 7...they didn’t have any cars left, so they just took off. Luckily, Avis had one and helped me out. Just an FYI, These “reservations” you make for a car rental on here don’t guarantee anything!

Cons: The car I was assigned at pick-up was not to be found anywhere in the lot, so, at nearly midnight, I wandered around the lot in the cold and dark, walking up and down the rows, looking in vain for a car that wasn't there. Then I had to return to the rental desk in the terminal, wait in line again, and explain the situation. The rental desk was just about closed, so it took several minutes for the clerk to pick through a large container of keys to find the keys to a similar car to substitute for the one I was assigned. She was quite apologetic, which I appreciated; however, it was quite an inconvenience.
Cons: The enterprise was OUT of vehicles when I arrived and the enterprise person had left. I am furious and doubt I will ever use enterprise again!
Cons: Enterprise had no vehicles despite my reservation. I called the 1-800 number for help and they were unable to help and a supervisor eventually hung up on me. HORRIBLE experience!!!
Pros: I liked how nice the people at the facility were and the vehicle
Cons: Price was a little high. Others had offered same van for way less. Only reason you got my business was because they didn't offer full coverage
Cons: Making a reservation didn't seem to help us get a car rental. We had 3 reservations for a sedan, and ended up with a truck, which was more expensive two days into our vacation.
Closing at 6:00 PM presented a problem at the airport. After making a missing luggage claim, you had closed. We asked to call but no one answered, an agent at the airport tried to email that we were going to be late. The location was 20 minutes from the airport. That was weird. We ended up taking a taxi to Enterprise which cost us additionally $205.00, plus a tip of $20.00 for the 2 hour trip. I had no clothes, for two days,except what I was waring. Later I bought clothes a pair of shoes and toiletries, totaling $190.00+ and another piece of luggage to take back with me on my return flight. I figured someone took it by accident. We had no dinner that night of August 14th. The next morning we got a ride for breakfast. The hotel did not provide any meals.
We managed a piece of luck and got a ride down to Dustin Florida, where we had reservations for 3 days. We ended up with the truck , with no gas. So we had to immediately get gas, amounting to $45.00+ later. Then we drove it back to Montgomery, AL on August 18th. The truck drove fine, poor turning radius though. We were grateful for something to get around in. We were disturbed at the business handling, and the extra expenses that we had to shell out.
A bit of irony though, we sat next to an Enterprise employee on our way from Dallas to Sacramento. He was very nice.
Cons: No CD player, no Satellite radio makes long distance drive very boring.
Great car poor location
Pros: The car was a true upgrade, the rental was extremely cheap, the staff was polite.
Cons: The car was dirty on the outside, really dirty, the glue from the window sticker was still on the passenger side, had to wait 30+ min when picking up and dropping off the car, rented the car I turned in without going over it with me, just threw out a pop bottle and gave it to the next person. Customer service is dead!
Never Received The Rental
Pros: I cannot experience my likes due to never receiving the vehicle.
Cons: I made reservations on Thursday, May 17, 2018. My rental was scheduled for Friday, May 18th- Tuesday, May 22, 2018. I was scheduled to pick the vehicle up at 9am. On May 18th, I attempted to contact Enterprise to confirm my rental as I was driving from Columbus, Ga to Montgomery, AL. to pickup the vehicle. As I am confirming, I am told that a vehicle would not be ready until 4pm. I am scheduled to drop my car off at the mechanic by 11am and to go out of town by 2pm. This did not happen. I rescheduled for May 19, 2018 at 10am. Long story short, I never received that vehicle either.
