No car availablePros:I liked the email confirmation.Cons:According to the email confirmation, I arrived before 7pm to pickup the vehicle and the customer sales rep informed me they had no available vehicles and it wasn't guaranteed any would be available. Such an inconvenience! So I went to Hertz and they did have vehicles.Reviewed Mar 6 2017

Pros:The people at the downtown office of Montgomery Alabama were very apologetic and were very accommodating. Very ProfessionalCons:I booked this through Kayak and it wasn't at the airport location. I had to pay a taxi $25.00 to get me to the downtown location. I was very irate and tired after a long trip. The least Enterprise could do was have someone take us to the downtown location for free. On kayak, it should give us a choice of the location we want. We have no clue.Reviewed Sep 12 2016
